My consumer ID is 2896.Booked for refilling on 20.08.2014 & the reference no. is 215805.But haven\'t got gas still now. Dealer\'s name is SIRBI Indane Service,at Kusumgram. Distance from my house to Dealer\'s shop is about 9(nine) k.m.But never deliver gas to my home. Weight of filled gas cylinder is much less than the actual weight.Lodged written Complain to Area Officer, Durgapur on 08.09.2014.Telephoned to both Area Officer & Field Officer several times.But take no action.Claims & takes Rs.430.00 instead of Rs.416.50.Please take necessary steps as early as possible.Dealer\'s phone no. is 03422750669.
