I was having BSNL land line connection at my residence for past 15 years i was using phone 23523408 services and during May 2013, I was surprised to get BSNL Bill with excess billing amount. I approached concerned authorities at BSNL and no clear response on this excess billing.Few days ago BSNL has sent a letter to settle their dues. I also seen from thier account that my initial deposits are already adjusted without communication. Since I am not responsible for this usage of services. This problem remain unsolved. Now I request authorities to reopen and investigate in detail and help in coming out of this issue.
