Consumer Redressal

I have purchased on LPG connection from distributor Sampark Gas Agency 503 SS & TC Malpur code 113065 station office Punjab & Himachal SO Chandigarh vide consumer number CX12081141 (oil company Indian Oil corporation Ltd). For which a sum of Rs.4050/- has been paid towards cost of two cylinder and one pressure regular. Whereas, the Sampark Gas agency issued a old pressure regulator covered with mud even after paying full amount for new regular and cylinder. Please issue necessary instruction to concerned SO and distributor to issue a new regular at an early date otherwise I constrain to knock the door of court of law for justice. If any fire accident occurred due to issue of old pressure regulator, the Oil Company, SO and distributors are fully rest with the responsible. Gas pipe is also not issued by the distributor.
