During visit to Bangalore/Mysore, tour operator took us to Srirangapatna where we purchased a number of sarees and other garment materials from ANi Kauvery. S. No.2758/405/1 Ganjam Road Opp Darya Dawlath Bagh, Sriranpatna, Mandya Dist. Karnataka vide Cash Memo No.2534 on 16.08.14. These were checked by themselves. However, on return we found one saree was damaged and it was sent to them by speed post on 05.09.14 and they promised to sent a fresh saree in exchange shortly. It is a fortnight past, they have not sent any saree and now they are not lifting their Mob. No. 9886671582 & 8187745373(land line no.08236 253786 not working. I would request yourselves to impress and persuade the owner/s to send me back a new saree or the saree that I sent so that I could produce it before the Hon\'ble Consumer Court as an evidence.
