Consumer Redressal

Hi, I am Sandesh Bhalerao from Pune. I was working with Infosys BPO from Jan 2014 to March 2014. On my offer letter they have mentioned that they will pay me the voice allowances and other allowances. However they did not pay the allowances to me and my other colleagues also. We escalated this issue to the Infosys management and the HR department several times but they neglected us and took us for granted. Since May 2014 till date I am requesting them to pay me the 3 month allowances which is my hard earned money but they are not bothered. Due to this frustration most of us resigned. I have all the valid documents to prove myself true. I can forward you all the chain emails from May 2014 till date. Please let me know if there is any hope to get my money back from Infosys BPO, Pune. This behavior is the main reason for attrition
