Respected Sir,
I bought Tata Photon Wifi Max from R.S Enterprises. The device did not worked properly, so they replaced it. The Replaced Device worked only for 2 days. It got malfunctioned again. They then told me that they cant replace again and it will be replaced at Service centre. I went to Kandivli (west) MG road service centre. They told the device will be replaced in 3 days.I went on the 4 th day, they said there are no device for replacement. It has been over 10 days now. Both of them pass the buck. The device has cost me Rs 2000 along with fixed monthly rental.
