Respected Sir, Sub:- FRAUD BY DEALER I have facing screen problem in my 26\" SAMSUNG LCD TV from 10th May 2014. I have register a complaint by online on Just Dial & write a problem, than I received a call from Mr. Ajay (8860599411, 9873240241) from FAST TECH SERVICE, Building No. E/2/58, South Extension Part - 1, New Delhi - 110003, & sent their engineer Mr. Raj (8882333373) with their colleagues & check it, but after wards he said it will take to his showroom & told it will charged Rs. 3000/- for repair & promise to get back within 3 days. I called Mr. Raj on 12th May 2014 for knowing problem than he said Panel is not working & it will be cost Rs. 9000/-. I suggested to get back my LCD but I haven\'t my LCD back still now it will near about 5 months & I have called him & Mr. Ajay regularly but they not entertaining & some times they said engineer will reach 12 noon, 4 pm & even 10 pm but nobody comes & sometimes not picked the calls.
