For mobile number 8553067219 they keep deducting money whenever i refill my account with 251 recharge. This is 3rd consecutive time that they have charged on their own without any confirmation for (1) Twice(Rs 75 each) for Tiny TV, name which i never heard of and (2) Twice for Video Talkies (Rs 50 each). Truth is night i recharge and the next morning when i wake up i got to know that \"Thanks for your subscription.. 3 -4 messages\". Even on calling customer care, firstly they don\'t pick the call or if picked they try to forward the call to right person which gets disconnected in the middle itself. Once i got hold of one executive on call and told her about all these unwanted services that they started without our confirmation and asked for refund.Rather than getting me to help on that they never agree for their wrongs and blame us for what we didn\'t do. Again i recharged and today morning when i woke up Rs 125 was stolen from main balance. Such a crap thatswhy people trust Airtel.
