complaint against brand Furnitalia,that has not given me sofa as per specifications given at the time of booking.Costing at 50,000 sofa has aggravated my back problem. I paid whole amount in advance and at time of delivery we refused to accept the sofa. Company people requested me to keep it and promised to rectify it as per my demands. Carpenter came twice but how could they improve the make. I requested company people to either make a new piece or refund my money. The girl on the other side misbehaved and told me nothing could be done now.We are middle aged couple both with lumber spondylosis and paid for our comfort but because of Furnitalia company we are feeling physiacal and mental pain of being cheated.With the hope of getting justice I am approaching you.
