Consumer Redressal

I was using Vodafone number 9874126302 for some time last year and then lost the SIM, and hence stopped using it for long, starting from December 2013 or so. However, the number remained ON for some time, till April 12th, 2014 and then they stopped my services on that phone as I was not paying up the bills and they claimed an amount INR 8626.49 as accumulated bills and I agreed to pay them that bill, provided they won\'t reopen this number any more. I paid that bill on May 9th, 2014 and sent them a message (as well as spoke to a lady, who wanted this bill to be paid) to close it as well. Unfortunately they themselves opened this account again on 10th of may 2014, without any notice to me, and now claiming another accumulated bill of INR 3600+, which I refused to pay up. As a result, they limited my currently used number 9836546302, 9830426302 (for my son) and 9830526302 (for my daughter) and caused problems for me. I wanted to discontinue all of their services and hold back dues.
