Hi,
I had activated international roaming on my airtel mobile in June 2012 against a fully refundable deposit of Rs 3000/- and got it cancelled in Sept 2012 subsequently. Till date I have not received any refund from Airtel despite numerous followups. I would like to take up this matter legally in order to settle the ensuing harassment and refund claims against the company.
