Dear Sir,
My name is Anand Sopan Jawale. I worked in Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd as a Sales Officer in which my Employee Code was AM0229 and My PF A/c No. is MH/BAN/0024368/000/0010197. I gave my resignation letter to my company on 25 Oct 2012.
Now, I wanted to withdraw my PF that’s why I filled my PF withdrawal form and sent it to my company’s address by Vichare Courier on 31/05/2014 and I have the receipt of the same.
Almost more than 3 months have passed but still I didn’t get anything.
I don’t know what to do? Now I am very much in need of money.
I am just hoping that to get positive reply from your end.
