Dear sir,
my name is Sunil Vishwakarma. I have worked in a company (Ashirwad Township Pvt. Ltd. Raipur (CG)) where my PF was deducted. But after I left the company. Now I want to withdraw the amount of pf Money but company is not supporting and not Providing my PF. Because I have no documentary proof about my Pf and salary. they are not providing me and they also not providing my all colleague whose left the company. company deduct illegally PF From Employees Salary and after left the job they are not providing PF Money. What should I do ? Plssss help me with thus issue.. I don\'t know whether they have deposited the pf or not...
