Consumer Redressal

I bought an adaptor for my wifi modem from Rediff.com, the adaptor was first of all of very cheap quality and was sold to me at a very inflated rate about which i was not aware of until i received the product, secondly the adaptor has a constant buzzing sound like it will burn out or cause some electrical hazard. When i called at their customer care number, they redirected me to email them at customersupport@rediff.co.in, since 23rd of feb when i received the product, i have called them once and emailed them thrice, but as of today 26th feb today, i\'ve had no response from them, please help me. The adaptor is worth rs.230 but i lose a lot everyday due to connectivity issues.
