Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I would like to complain against the internet service provider the address listed below. Shams Cable Address: 3/B,Kailash Parbhat,173 Vidyanagri Marg,Kalina Santacruz East Mumbai - 400098 Location: Mumbai. I had an internet connection of this company (username eric_vak) In the first week of june my internet connection went out stopped work.Inspite of making several calls to the technicians and the office,they did not rectify the problem,i called them up so many times to come over to my house and check what was the problem.but they just ingnored my calls and even had the oddacity to hang up on my calls.i sent several mails to the admin,to which i got a reply that they will give my refund soon,this was a month later sometime in mid-july.But i still havent received my refund nor a courtsey mails since.For the past few days i been sending emails to the admin asking the status of my refund,but i still do not get a reply on the same. Please look into this. Thanking you
