Sir, Myself Durbadal Bhaumik,a civil citizen of your state(Address-Vill+PO-Udang;PS-Amta;Dist-Howrah;Pin-711401). I apply for my OBC certificate to Amta-1 B.D.O office on 13.12.2011. my petition file no-396.But I did\'nt receive my certificate till now.I am an Electronics Engineer(B.TECH) and I did\'nt get any reservation due to this certificate. B.D.O send my file to S.D.O office on 14.11.13(Memo no-552) and S.D.O send back to B.D.O on 07.01.14 for further verification.this verification was done on 14.06.14 and till now I did\'nt receive my certificate.
