Dear Sir / Madam, I am Ramkrishna Sen and my old parents live in Bilaspur, Chattisagrh. My father is not able to see because of his very poor vision and he has lost memory as well. My mother looks after my father whatever possibly she can manage at her old age with she suffering arthritis and other old age problems she is having. Having said that my mother had a fracture of her heap bone and she went for the surgery with Dr. Kapil Mishra (Ladikar Clinic), Bilaspur, Chattisgarh on December 13, 2 013. She was in the clinic for a few days and then she was discharged. The surgery was performed by Dr. Kapil Mishra by placing a temporary metallic plate at the fracture bone. We had to pay an amount of ~ Rs 46,000. Then she complained of constant pain especially at the region where the surgery was performed for the fracture bone; and then she contacted Dr. Kapil Mishra.
