For the last 15 days our Bharti Airtel landline nos as well as broadband services are down. We have at least lodged 10 complaints to their customer care as well as sent regular mails to their Nodal & Appellate authority. Their engineers regularly visit us but the lines go down almost daily. Our business is suffering badly. Airtel for the last 3/4 days is not replying to our emails also. Our tel nos are 4006 1706/07/08/09 and 4006 1367. Please help us.
