I have bought a Nokia Lumia handset worth rs. 18,000. after using it for 8 months my phone is now dead, then i submitted my phone to Nokia Care (Arya Infotech) Kalighat branch they said it is a battery problem and it will take 3 days to get repaired,but even after 12 days no actions taken yet and now they want another 20 days or more for it. they are not even replacing it with a new handset. My phone is under warranty. whenever i am calling them they are giving me new excuses, then i asked them is there any higher authority where i can lodge complaint against this.. they said no there is no place where i can lodge a complaint. Today I went to there office to get my unrepaired handset but they said I have to come tomorrow to collect it. I am very much upset and helpless about it. they have wasted my expensive handset and time as well. I want justice, please see to it.
