Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir/Madam, I paid amount RS,34,400(receipt No:KM469324) on 15.2.2011 against the course fee for DoT NET at NIIT,No,143b,2nd Floor,5th Block,60 Feet Road, Koramangala, Bangalore. Due to my health condition I was not able to stay in Bangalore and start a course. Even I didn\'t attend single day class. I decided to withdraw my course and went to NIIT, they asked me to write a request letter mentioning for refunding course fee. At that time they told ,will send a cheque to my address within two weeks time. After that I had communicated so many times still now, they are not giving proper response.
