The Hindustan Petroleum (HP) Gas Agency Perumal HP Gas charges Rs.450/- for refill cylinder but gives bill for Rs.404.50. This happens every time I purchase a refill. The Delivery Boy confirms that he collects Rs.450/- uniformly from all consumers.
