Dear Sir/ Madam, Name: Krupesh Kansara Account No.:100014020676 Number: +91-96247-10149 Bill Number:0184711039 Bill Date:25-Aug-2014 Bill Amount: 5164.06 I Would like to Complain against Idea Cellular Service and they give a such worst example with 10 years of customer. Idea: Please stop marketing like \"No Ullu banaing no Ullu banaing\" you are making ullu to all you customer stop these rubbish things. In a month of July 2014 I had change my PSB (N) CUG 149 (731) 249 to PMB CIG Grandeur 1.3 (1092) and It was activated from 30 July 14 from 12:00 am. Earlier i was having 300 mb 3G plan GPRS with100 inr tariff after activation of new plan that includes 1000 mb 3G GPRS, 1300 local/std min, 50 local/ std msg. I didn\'t get the benefit for 1000 mb 3G data and they charge me 5164.06 inr with 3900 charges of GPRS. Even I had conformed with customer care so many times and they said your plan is active but they are saying you have to pay. Please pass it to Idea Cellular. Regards,Krupesh
