Consumer Redressal

I have been using ICICI Bank CC from last 7 years and was a regular user of the Credit card. Till 2 years ago I was regularly using the CC, but due to Financial troubles I stoped using the CC, but still managed to make the minimum or many time more than minimum payment on regular basis as as when the bill gets generated. But on March 2012, I lost my Job and I have to stop paying the CC bills as it was the question of my survival. Now I have never said that I will not clear my dues, but the ICICI bank\'s collection agencies are harrassing me everynow and then. My father is a heart patient, he underwent Angio-plasty in Jan 2013, and his condition is week and doctors have instruction not to expose him to such harresment or stress given my the collections agents. I have been in constant touch with the bank rep. on my condition, but they are just not bothered and continue to give me mental stress to me and my family.
