Sir, I am the employee of M/s. Green Press P Ltd. Sikherbagan, east beraberi, P.O – Rajarhat Gopalpur, Kolkata – 136 ph – 033 2573 7010 / 43 appointed as sales executive @ 15000/- p.m. salary on and from 11.03.13, but suddenly on 03.09.14 my employment has been terminated without any prior notice or any reasonable cause. I claimed my rightful due salaries and the PF amount throughout my employment time with them which has been deducted from my salaries. Till today they didn’t given my rightful salaries or processing for my PF account even they don’t responding me in this regard. Sir, I am in doubt that they wilfully cheating me by not giving my rightful salaries when I have given them a long and transparent service. For your kind information and record about M/s.
