Consumer Redressal

I the undersigned Mr. Shanshah Osman Doddamani, is the legal owner of the flat No. C-204, Kailash Complex, Plot No 3, Sector - 4E, Kalamboli Colony, Navi Mumbai 410218. I had entered into a SALE - PART PAYMENT AGREEMENT in 2006 with Mr. Suday Jaywant Gharat. The ICICI Bank loan for the above flat is in my name and still stands in my name as on date. (A copy of the same is herewith attached for your reference). As such all the registered original documents pertaining to the above flat is with the ICICI Bank. The EMI is being paid through my Bank Account since 2006 from The Hindusthan Co-op Bank Ltd, Kalamboli. Inspite of all the original documents deposited with the bank. Your society have transferred the above mentioned flat in the name of Mr. Suday J Gharat and are issuing the maintainance receipt in his favour on the basis of the SALE-PART PAYMENT AGREEMENT. which is completely wrong as per the societ act/law. Similarly the energy bill has been also transfered to Suday Gharat
