I had booked for a table from Platinum Sofa Zone ,Goregaon(West) from an exhibition@ vide bill no.228 dated 5/12/2012 valued at rs6000.i had paid advance of rs3000.The updated delivery was to take place in 10-15 days.We have till date not received it.There are 3 mobile. nos on the receipt out of which 1 is switched off and 2 are never picked up.We have been trying to contact them since a month .They never pick up calls from my no.and when i.call from any other no. they pick up the call.they have been giving us. false promises. They have not told us the reason. for such delay.They aren\'t. ready to refund. us the money.I want strict action to be taken. against them.Their mobile nos are 9920941162,9920941348,9920941375.
