WLL phone, in my father\'s name (L/Sri.R.Anantha Rama Iya)was surrendered on 26.11.2013 and applied for refund of SD. Followed up with AO & CAO (WLL) several times for past 9 months. Every time I am told that there is server problem & clearance is needed from Trichy. I was assured that refund will be made in a week\'s time. Refund not received till date but bills are raised. 2 such bills were paid thro\' ECS & copy of Bank Pass Book was also sent to AO (WLL) with request to refund the amounts.
