Sir,
I purchased a bike from Hero Moto.Corp and financed it from Capital First Finance.ltd. My EMI date is 2nd of every month and i debit my account by 1st of every month. Due to some financial problems i couln\'t pay two EMI\'s but after that i never skipped any EMI till date. Today 07/09/2014 some recovery persons stopped my vehicle and seized it, and when i questioned them they say that i skipped 3 EMI\'s. When i checked my a/c balance it was 4700/- Rs ledger balance and 472/-Rs available balance. What i found shocking is that they didn\'t deduct my EMI for current month and issued seizing orders. How can they do so??? Suggest me what should i do now after i lost my value in residing locality?
