Consumer Redressal

Dear sir I had bought an transcend mp330 mp3 player from ebay online shopping website on 23.08.14 at rs.1898.The seller is mr. ashok and it has been couriered through Fedex courier and the product had dispatched from chennai.i had given the correspondence addres of my office as delivery address.The last day of reaching the consignment is 02.09.2014.on the morning of 02.09.2014 at 8:00 am i was shocked when i got sms from ebay online shopping that i had received the consignment on 02.09.14 and i have to check my mail for details.when i checked the mail there it is written that i had received the item on 01.09.14 at 03:14 pm.One item but twice delivery.But i had not received the item so on ebay i claimed for guaratee by asking them to send ne the item but on 06.09.14 i got mail from ebay that my guarantee has been rejected as i had received the item.After calling ebay service centre i asked from them the scanned copy of receiving form in which they take sign while handing over the item they told to contact Fedex the courier partner when i called Fedex they told that they are looking into the matter but not given me the signed copy.Please help sir as i will be the loser since i had already paid the cost of item through my sbi debit card.The details are as follows: ebay contact no 18002093229 order id 37179942489 guarantee claim id 633543 Fedex contact no 18002096161 complain id 0902006869 seller name ashok nichani contact 04428418031 email sonecoindia@gmail.com Thanks & Regards Alok kumar 07542957759 alokfeb@gmail.com
