Consumer Redressal

The HP printer has been attended by HP service roughly 4-5 times during the warranty period of one year . The problem of paper jamming is very frequent and is not eliminated even after service by the HP rep. while i have been asking HP to replace the equipment . Now the equipment is under extended warranty .rep. of CROMA when approached today , 23/02/13 , tried to convince that the defect would be resolved by the service engineer. of croma . since the defect has been recurring i desire that the equipment be replaced .
