Consumer Redressal

I had purchased a Whirpool RO water purifier from khosla Electronics, Diamond Harbour road, behala, kolkata in May 2014. In last 5 months the RO had been non functional for almost 4 months. I have lodged several complaints with the manufacturer against which the technician from the manufacturer visits and replaces some part of the water purifier after which it works for 6-7 days and again stops working. The last complaint was made on August 9 which was addressed and RO was fixed in last week of august. After which the RO stopped working from 08/05/2014 again. They have replaced 1 spare parts 3 times from the date of purchase. I am sure that the device sold to me is a faulty one and hence I am requesting a full refund of the cost of the RO that was paid by me i.e. Rs. 17000/- (Rs. Seventeen Thousand only.)
