I bought a smart phone panasonic T21 in 5th May, 2014 after one month i faced lot of problems in smart phone than i go to panasonic authorised service center on 28th June, 2014. since three months service center not handed over my phone to me and again and again they are harass me and give me next date. so you are requested please help me to replace my phone at the earliest.
