Consumer Redressal

This is regarding my salary account with HDFC Bank opened in the year 2006.Still this account is active and I am receiving my salary in this account.This month when my salary got credited and when we tried to withdraw the same,I was astonished that RS 2333 was kept on hold and when I send a leeter to customer service they informed me that this is a saving account and Minimum balance need to be maintained for this and without my prior knowledge this account has been changed to Saving account and that particular account is blocked . A/C no:-02771610044164 Branch:-Salt Lake (Sector -2)Pls help me to resolve this issue.
