Dear sir, i have an savings bank account with ICICI BANK LIMITED, Habra Branch (A/c No.161301500770).as on 03/09/2014 a person depositing cash amount of rs 2000 in my bank account at minto park branch of icici bank. but the Minto Park Branch of Icici Bank does not credited the amount in my account. instead the Branch debited my Account of Rs. 2000. i am already inform the habra branch for this illegal offensive entries. please guide me for nessesary action
