Dear Sir, My name is CA Harsh Sarda. The number of my bank account at ICICI bank ltd is 000401672631. This bank account is at Nariman Point, Mumbai branch. On July 4, 2011, a person named Mahesh Mishra has fraudulently transferred Rs. 99,900 through internet banking from my aforementioned ICICI bank account to his bank account at ICICI Bank, Malad branch, Mumbai. His ICICI bank account number is 037701507738. The information about the user ID password, transaction password, debit card grid values is required to complete an internet banking transaction at ICICI bank. It is the fault of ICICI Bank system that all the information related to my bank account has been leaked to Mahesh Mishra (fraudster). I have not given any information about my bank account to any person including Mahesh Mishra (fraudster). I come to know about this fund transfer through an SMS by ICICI bank, to my mobile phone. Out of this Rs. 99,900, Mahesh Mishra has withdrawn Rs. 49,900 through ATM machine and the balance of Rs. 50,000 was left in his bank account at ICICI bank, Malad, Mumbai branch. ICICI Bank has returned to me Rs. 50,000 which was left in Mahesh Mishra account at ICICI Bank. \"However, ICICI bank Ltd has not returned to me the remaining Rs. 49,900.\" ICICI bank Ltd has not taken any sincere steps for contacting the fraudster Mahesh Mishra. 1. Mahesh Mishra is a regular customer of ICICI Bank and is presently operating the bank account at ICICI Bank. 2. ICICI bank has said that Mahesh Mishra (fraudster) does not reside at the address mentioned in the bank account opening form. Mahesh Mishra\'s address is 403, Kaveri Coperative housing society, Pate village, Dada bhai crossroad no. 1, Andheri (west), Mumbai. 3. Mahesh Mishra’s mobile phone number is 7738027897. The phone is currently working. ICICI bank does not ask sincerely to Mahesh Mishra about the fraudulent withdrawal of Rs. 49,900. 4. There is no photograph of Mahesh Mishra on Know Your Customer (KYC)form of Mahesh Mishra at ICICI bank. 5. Also ICICI bank has not provided any CCTV camera footage of ATM machine from which Mahesh Mishra has withdrawn Rs. 49,900. Kindly order ICICI Bank to return Rs. 49,900 to me to compensate my loss.
