On 12th Feb\'14, my Citibank credit card# 4386xxxxxxxx8239 was fraudulently used to do several transactions on Airtel payments, Snapdeal.com and Ebay.com amounting to ~Rs22000. SOme of the transactions were made when I was talking to Citibank officer for blocking the card. I had registered a complaint in the Cyber crime branch of Pune police but till date there has not been much progress in this complaint and bank is charging me interest on the total amount. I also have some evidence which was shared with me by Snapdeal, which proves that I have not done those transactions but still I\'m being penalised for same. Seeking your urgent help on this matter.
