I bought my daughter a laptop in 2012 but unfortunately since then this laptop have never performed satisfactorily. within the first week of purchase it started giving trouble. i registered a complain online. they asked me to do a lot of things but it didn\'t help. then i took it to the service centre they just formatted it and returned it back to me saying it was alright. again i started having problems within few days…the laptop just didn\'t start.i have made an online complain and it has not yet been repaired. they said parts are not available. i took it to the service centre but they refused to repair it saying that its warranty had expired and they do not repair laptops which are not covered under warranty.The Hard disc was defective since the very beginning but Dell Computers kept telling me lies.
