Consumer Redressal

I want to draw attention that Maruti Suzuki and Apra Auto(India) Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon Service station is not doing their tasks as uniformily as they suppose to do. I went Apra Auto Gurgaon for check-up of my car as there is a problem in Hausage and Arm and I had told them my car is in warranty period .And after the check-up they told me that Hausage and Arm is not covered in warranty so this would not be replaced and they had given me an invoice of Rs 315. So I want to know whether the company has warranty only for the name sake or it had something for the customers.Secondly,I want to know for what purpose Apra Auto Gurgaon charges me Rs 315. I am very disappointed with the behaviour and attitude of Apra Auto gurgaon.Kindly intervene in the matter and force them to replace the warranted parts as mentioned by me.
