Consumer Redressal

During my visit to tripura on & from 22/814 to 29/8/14, I have stayed in the hotel- Executive Inn, mantribari Road, Agartala. I have noticed that the used to serve the package drinking water of m/s Bislery. The neck price of 1 lt of Bislery (mrp) is Rs. 18 per 1 lt. bottle. But,the above mentioned hotel M/s Execuitive Inn used to charge Rs. 25 as the cost of the said bottle with 10% extra for service charge and with 12.5% VAT. I have purchased several bottle during my stay at that hotel.Basically they did not serve normal water to the boarders. Always serve the Package drinking water having brand name of Bislery with neck price Rs. 18 per 1 ltr bottele to their customer and insist them to purchase from them. Irrespective of the condition, whether it is cooled or normal, they have charged Rs. 25 against each bottle of 1 letre.
