Consumer Redressal

Sir, In my visit to Agartala, I have stayed at hotel Executive Inn, Mantribari Road, Agartala 1. In the hotel, I have notices that they serve us the package drinking water with a brand name of BISLERI. The mrp of the package drinking water is Rs.18. But when they surve it to the boarder, they have charged, Rs. 25 for 1 letre as the cost of the package drinking water with 10% service charge and 12.5% vat extra. The neck price of the packaged drinking water is Rs. 18 per bottle of 1 letre. I have purchased several bottles during my stay at the above mentioned hotel during 22/8/14 to 29/8/14 and paid Rs. 25 against each 1 lt. bottle.
