I have made an online purchase from www.100bestbuy.com. But due to defect in product(Koutons Shirt)I returned the product. After returning the product on 14.07.2014, amount was not refunded. After calling several time to their customer care representative no proper help was provided. Even after providing bank detail as per their request amount is yet to be received.
