sir, my son sent money from france through western union. but when i went to bank for withdrawl. they said money is picked. ubi kalibazar branch mailed to their head office for money to pay to me. head office said no money transfered to this code no. i do not know how the money is picked by someone . whether it western union or bank is involved in fraud .kindly look into the matter. money sent on 22/08/2014 and i went to bank on 25/08/2014. customer care no of western union 18004251851. kindly look into the matter and solve the problem so get my money back. thanks soumi ghosh
