To whom it may concern To recall the case, I purchased Voltas Platinum window AC on 18.2.13. I called to toll free number for AC installation with reference number 13FD1802858. today, i received a call from Mr. Vinod for installation. My concern is that: First, my mother was alone at home and the concerned person\'s did not have ID card to prove their identity. Secondly, they are charging Rs. 500 for installation. I wish to ask: 1. What is included in standard installation? Even people at tollfree number Mr. Vikas Dogra (Sr. Executive) was unable to explain about installation. 2. They must provide some documentary proof, regarding the cost, type of work to be done etc. in advance. This is important so that customer did not feel cheated and face harassment by the service provider end. If something goes wrong, who is responsible.
