Dear Sir, I had place an order to WHAAKY on 4 th June 2014 worth Rs 1099:00. Order was delivered on 24 July after a payment of Rs 1099:00. But when I opened it the items in it were entirely different as compare to order. I had send the items back on 28 th July which was received to them after two days. But after one month has been passed but neither they have replaced product, nor they are reimbursing my money. Even they are not replying to phone calls. I have written several mails to them but there is no satisfactory response from them. WHAAKY is a Hyderabad based online shopping company. My request to you is kindly take a strict action so that this this not happen to some other person.
