Complaint #7108 — Re-issue of Debit Card

Respected All,
I MR. AMIN HUSSEN an Savings Account Holder of Mission Rao Branch(Kolkata) and my Account number is 20113314965.Through this email I want to inform you that in last month(July 2014) the validity of my Debit Card number (4213 3717 1000 9531) has been expired and I have got an SMS on my Registered mobile number.
After that I visited to my Branch 4 times and they inform me that a new Debit Card will be issue to you by our Head office within a 10 to 15 days.Today is 2 August 2014 and till now I did not get my New Debit card.
Kindly help me.
