I have submitted my micromax canvas 4 mobile on 6 august 2014 for warranty repairing as my phone screen was fading.they told me they will repair the handset within 10 days.after 10 days i called them and asked about the handset.they are telling the company didnot sent the screen yet.they are telling you will get between 18/8/14-23/8/14.i again called on 20/8/14.they are telling when the screen will dispatch from the company you will get a message.the screen has not yet come.i again called on 25/8/14,they are not picking my call.this is a total harrashment.when a company could not give proper service to the peaple he has no right to stay here.plz get the proper action for this unlawful act.plz help me to get my phone back from micromax care teghoria centre.
