Consumer Redressal

I had purchased an AMARON battery for my bike with a warranty of 4 years. Right after 2 years and few days its damaged. While I checked with service center they confirmed its a clear case of damage. And as a next step I did claim my warranty but the service center agency told me that the replacement only place within 2 years, and after that I need to pay some cash. I did check the same and they told me that I need to pay Rs.540 to get a new battery its around 62% of a new battery respect with the current market value. At this point I did contact the company through email address that they published on their website. After few days one person from AMARON company did call me and they are one the same page. And I requested them to respond but still no response. Its a clear case of product damage with in warranty and the company must have responsibility to replace the product with a new one. I had gone through the entire warranty card and they didn\'t mentioned anywhere to pay how much.
