I have 3 nos 9860355523 9860142420 9764960116 in 1 combo plan easy share 999 of idea maharashtra..docket no.is C1-30743922481 . At the start in june i have told that after free uses in data charges wold be 1p/10kb and i cheked on website of idea for this plan so it was Data rates post free entitlement 1P/10KB and then i entered in plan.else i would have not entered in idea.u can also ckeck in ths link http://www.ideacellular.com/customer/postpaid/combo-plans/maharashtra-goa/easy+share+999 now they have charged 4p/10kb which is cheating and i have been missguided. they said data rates increased but i have not informed by any way..and costomer care representative saifuuddin quazi missguided me that thats why we exceed free data..please take action and help me.they are targetting me.they are trubling me.
