I had 64 rupees of main account balance on my 917278832268 phone number on 22.08.14.
But suddenly it reduced to rupees 4 and when I first called to the customer care the
agent said that they were not aware about the reduced balance of 60 rupees.And later
when I called to the customer care they were saying that any service pack has been activated
to my number which I never activated from myself.They unnecessarily have deducted my 60 rupees
of balance and when I am telling them to deactivate the service pack which they have activated
on my number without my permission,they are not deactivating it and not refunding my 60 rupees
of balance.Even the customer care executives are not picking my phone call and not helping me.
Aircel is harassing me now with the service and fraudulent behavior.Please look after the problem
and help me to return back my 60 rupees of balance.
