My Consumer No. 1122, Distributor M/S Radha Raman Gas Service, On 1/7/2014 booked the Gas connection booking No. 720166. Gas not yet delivered to me but from the IOC automated gas service came to know that the gas is delivered to the Consumer by the Distributor, but i cannot get the gas. I went to Distributor office to enquire in to the matter and also ashow them the message sent IOC to me then they took my phone and deleted the SMS inbox and told me to do whatever i like, they admitted that they sold the cylinder to another person at excess price, told me to do whever i can do against them.
